"I've been a client with statefarm for years and they did a great job. However, this particular agent, William Price, is an exception. He did not reply many of my emails or phone calls. Worse, he drop the ball and didn't notify me when statefarm needed some document before they canceled my home owner insurance policy. So I ended up running that rental property without insurance for almost a whole year. Now I can't renew the policy (because it was canceled) and will have to pay for inspection again so that I can start a new policy. Maybe other agents at this office are good (judging from the good reviews here), but avoid William!"
