"For some who read this the experience may sound familiar. I started with State Farm a few years ago and then their rates were the lowest I could find from a reputable auto insurance company. But they were only good for 6 mos. AND every renewal period they continued to increase!

So every six months, I called my insurance agent who spent several minutes trying to remember who the hell I was - bothering him when he was ready to go to lunch. I reminded him i had no tickets, accidents, or any claims against the insurance. And he would present the only option - lower your coverage and get a lower price. There was no reward for not having any claims.

The only option- SHOP FOR A BETTER PRICE! Yes decipher what coverage you have and try and compare it to other companies! Ah but their agents certainly will help you ...""you don't need that coverage because it only pays $ when you hit their left fender in the driveway of your house with the dog in the backseat".

Well I was ready for the long tedious insurance shopping endurance after an initial call to my agent. BUT THEN, I was called back (2x) by one of their team members - Cybelle.

Cybelle knew what I wanted (lower prices) and showed me ways to get what I needed without sacrificing coverages I really needed.
