"For some who read this the experience may sound familiar. I started with State Farm a few years ago and then their rates were the lowest I could find from a reputable auto insurance company. But they were only good for 6 mos. AND every renewal period they continued to increase! So every six months, I called my insurance agent who spent several minutes trying to remember who the hell I was - bothering him when he was ready to go to lunch. I reminded him i had no tickets, accidents, or any claims against the insurance. And he would present the only option - lower your coverage and get a lower price. There was no reward for not having any claims. The only option- SHOP FOR A BETTER PRICE! Yes decipher what coverage you have and try and compare it to other companies! Ah but their agents certainly will help you ...""you don't need that coverage because it only pays $ when you hit their left fender in the driveway of your house with the dog in the backseat". Well I was ready for the long tedious insurance shopping endurance after an initial call to my agent. BUT THEN, I was called back (2x) by one of their team members - Cybelle. Cybelle knew what I wanted (lower prices) and showed me ways to get what I needed without sacrificing coverages I really needed. Thank you Cybelle!"

"Please make sure if you decide to do business with this company that you record every single call on your own device after spending over 40 minutes on the phone to set up my policy I was under the impression that I had rental because that’s what I asked for come to find out a year later I do not have rental. The calls are not recorded what I find most concerning is that my policy was renewed. No one brought up to my attention, the fact that there was no rental on the policy. I called a few months ago and I added roadside assistance, and I mentioned to the agent how now I had the full package with roadside assistance, rental and full coverage no one mentioned there was no Rental. They will also text you slang words in the middle of conversations. Overall, State Farm as a whole I do not recommend if you ever were to be in an accident. The adjuster does not explain anything. They just expect you to know, this being my first ever car accident worst experience being with what I thought was one of the nations, best insurance companies."
